Biography
A succinct version of events
I stacked shelves at the local grocery store (night shift) while I was studying. To keep myself entertained I listened to podcasts and became a “little” obsessive over business. I decided I wanted to figure out how to play the game.
My first ‘real’ job was at the bank. I figured if I wanted to learn about money, I should work where they keep it. What can I say, my logic was flawless.
After realising my career progression wasn’t entirely in my hands, I left the bank at 25 and joined as a partner of a growing Mortgage Brokerage - iRefi Mortgages. We grew up to 25 staff and won a bunch of awards.
Eventually, I sold my shares and spent time learning from some of the best in Mergers & Acquisitions (fancy words for buying businesses). I’m lucky to have the mentors I have and they encouraged me to see the world and pursue the life I wanted.
Today, I’ve completed 9x business acquisitions and teach others to do the same through my workshops.
